Shipping

All orders are processed within 4-6 business days after receiving your order, excluding holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders, inclement weather or other issues outside of the control of my small, one-person run studio can potentially impact order processing. Please reach out if you have a specific delivery request and I will do my best to work with you.

All shipping is handled through USPS unless you reach out to me first to organize a different preferred carrier.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING 2024 – Order by 12/15/2024 for USPS Priority Mail shipping, or contact to make expedited arrangements.

Returns

All of the Refunds, Exchanges, Returns information is for art that is directly purchased from this website or from an invoice sent by me to you. If you purchase my art elsewhere, you are bound by their return and exchange policies. Please contact them directly.

Once you receive your order, you have seven days to initiate a return.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact immediately if the item arrived damaged or if you received the incorrect artwork.

Contact info@saraeverett.com with the title of the artwork that you purchased and the reason that you are requesting to return it. I will review your request and follow up with more questions if necessary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will repackage the artwork so it can be delivered back to my studio safely in Seattle, WA. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once I receive the artwork back in my studio, I will process your refund. Refunds, minus the cost of shipping, will be processed to the original form of payment.  All international refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and refunds will be remitted in USD. The artwork must be unaltered and undamaged due to improper return packaging in order to receive a refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

The majority of my work is unique and one of a kind. If an item is defective or damaged, an exchange for a similar size and style of artwork may be possible, but a replication of the original work is typically not achievable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
